We start at Pedal Power and go along the Taff Trail to Llandaff Bridge. Wind our way through Danescourt and Pentrebane towards the quiet lanes of the Glamorgan Vale.
In the Vale, we’ll do a circular route taking in the pretty villages of Brides Super Ely, Tre-Dodridge, Llantrithyd, Llandough and then stopping in Cowbridge for lunch.
Returning to Cardiff via Welsh St Donat, and Peterston Super Ely and finally through the suburbs of Cardiff to Pedal Power.
There are some hills on this ride, slightly more "undulating" than other rides I have lead, but of course there will be cake to help fuel you up those hills!

This is an undulating ride from Cardiff around the pretty villages of the Glamorgan Vale. There are some hills, but worth the reward of lovely views of the mountains and the sea. .

We will be cycling for a small part of the Taff Trail and then on relatively narrow and quiet roads in the Vale.

We will be having lunch in a café in Cowbridge, that does nice cake, soup and sandwiches.

Please wear a helmet and bring a snack, because the café is over half way around the ride.

We never leave anyone behind
