Leave Moor Row cycling on cycle track to Parkside where we will join the main road back to Wath Brow, Cleator Moor. We will then take a quiet road towards Egremont where we will get back on to the cycle track to return to Moor Row.

A short steady ride to help us celebrate International Women’s Day, helping us get back into cycling after winter.

We will be riding on a mixture of cycle track, A and B class roads.

We will use natural stopping points on the ride to stop for drinks and chat.

Bring along a small snack, drinks for yourself and wear layers suitable for the weather conditions. Bring puncture repair kit if you have one (don’t worry if you don’t have or don’t know how to use this, I will carry this and can help as needed). If you haven’t ridden for a while, do a bike check to check it is road worthy, check out this video from British Cycling https://youtu.be/V66yzbrZxvY

First-timers welcome!
