Join Ride Leicester Ride Leaders on this family-friendly cycle tour to Gorse Hill City Farm.
Founded in 1985 when local residents transformed neglected allotments into a thriving community space, the farm became a registered charity in 1990. Today it is a much-loved local attraction and home to a variety of friendly animals, providing educational and recreational opportunities for the community. Participants on this ride will enjoy free entry to the farm with plenty of time to explore and meet the animals.
Please remember to bring a bike lock to secure your bike while you look around the farm. There will also be an opportunity to visit the Farmers Hut Café for a well-earned ice cream or drink so please bring some money for refreshments.
Children under the age of 16 must be wearing a helmet and be accompanied by an adult.
We especially welcome newbies!
Unfortunately we are unable to loan bikes for this ride.
