About the route
Meet Maryam, Liz and Lindsey for a gentle and leisurely paced ride through Highfields towards the city centre on cycle paths and some roads.
When we arrive at the Market Place, feel free to join in the Open Streets activities or continue with our ride as we head over to De Montfort University. We'll then head back to the Market Place via Bede Park and the Cathedral on mainly cycle paths before returning to Spinney Hill Park.
Bring a drink and a snack, or money to buy refreshments.
Please bring a spare inner tube if possible but please don't worry if you don't haven't got one of these.
Helmets are advisable for adults and compulsory for under 18s who also must be accompanied by an adult.
