I suggest meeting at the Riverside Walkway cafe (beside Riding for the Disabled) for a coffee before we set off. The proposed route is up Horkstow Road, along Middlegate Lane and then back to Barton via Burnham. If it isn't too busy, we can have lunch at the Ropery cafe if there's room, or go to the Watersedge or the Tileworks if not.

It'd be good if you can check your bike before coming and bring:
- comfy clothes (layers are good for flexibility) including gloves and a waterproof if rain looks possible
- your helmet
- pump, inner tube and crossed fingers that they won't be needed!
- drink and snack (it's a good idea to refuel if the refreshment stop is near the end of the ride)
- money for refreshments
-bike lock if you have one
- lights are good, particularly in dull weather

Don't hesitate to get in touch if you've any queries.
