Cycling through Blackleach Country Park we pick up the Linnyshaw Loopline to Parr Fold Park. Here we use the Tyldesley Loopline and ride onto Ellenbrook. We use the canal towpath to ride along Bridgewater way and into Monton. We have planned an outdoor café stop, weather permitting, at The Horsebox in Worsley. Do please carry a snack and a drink. We return via shared cycle paths, quiet roads and looplines.

Please ensure your bike is in good working condition. Check your gears and brakes at least the night before. A helmet is needed to join the ride. Carrying your own spare innertubes, tyre levers, pump, a lock is advisable. Please come 15 minutes before the start time for a quick bike check.
