Please dress appropriately for the weather and wear a helmet. Don't forget gloves, layered clothes, a drink and a snack, a rain jacket just in case, a spare inner tube or two, and a card for the cafe stop and in case of emergency.
Take the hills at your own pace, we will regroup at the top.
Quieter roads and cycle ways to the old Gorhambury House.
A couple of undulations to keep things interesting, but we will always regroup at the top
We will stop afterward at the cycle hub cafe for a drink.
We never leave anyone behind
