We start this ride by walking through the Greenwich Foot Tunnel Island Gardens and then cycle up the Regent's Canal to Victoria Park and the QE Olympic Park. We then cycle up the Lee Valley to visit the William Morris Gallery in Walthamstow. Entry to the gallery is free and food is available at the cafe there.
