Rockets Women's Sunday Ride- December(Average speed 12mph)

Meet inside of Rockets and Rascals for 0900 for a 0920 start. Grab yourself a espresso and chat to the other ladies taking part in this ride. Any queries please ask ride leader or staff in the store.

This month we will be heading up to the moors. The ride will start by cycling from Rockets along Embankment and up to Lee Moor. From there we will head to Cadover Bridge and up to Yelverton before heading back to Plymouth along the cycle path and on to Rockets & Rascals for coffee & cake.

Please try and cycle in single file or two abreast and be aware of sharing the road with other road users and pedestrians.

Average speed 12mph. ROAD BIKES ONLY!! We ride for fun with a no drop policy, which means these rides are not suitable for training or racing. However, this ride is not for beginners and it is expected that all riders are able to comfortably ride for 30 miles at a steady 12 mph pace before signing up for this ride. Please turn up to the ride with bike in good working order, helmet, spare tubes, tyre levers and mini pump. Please bring a quick snack/gel/cereal bar. Please wear clothing suitable for the weather.
