Rockets Women's Sunday Ride- June (Average speed 12mph)

Meet inside of Rockets and Rascals for 0915 and grab yourself a espresso and chat to the other ladies taking part in this ride. Any queries please ask ride leader or staff in the store.

This month we will be heading up to Burrator via the Plymvalley trail, Hoo Meavy and Meavy. Once we have completed two laps we will return back to the store for lunch via Sheepstor, Cadover Bridge, Elfordleigh, Plympton with a short detour through Saltram to avoid Embankment.

Please try and cycle in single file or two abreast and be aware of sharing the road with other road users and pedestrians.

Average speed 12mph. ROAD BIKES ONLY!! We ride for fun with a no drop policy, which means these rides are not suitable for training or racing. However, this ride is not for beginners and it is expected that all riders are able to comfortably ride for 2 hours at a steady 12 mph pace before signing up for this ride. Please turn up to the ride with bike in good working order, helmet, spare tubes, tyre levers and mini pump. Please bring a quick snack/gel/cereal bar. Please wear clothing suitable for the weather.
