Roger's Saturday Social Ride

A social ride; some hills but recuperation time for non E bike riders is factored in. We ride in most weather conditions lots of layers and/or waterproofs if needed. The ride will be cancelled if the wind is >Force 5 or there is ice on the roads.

We will be riding in the lanes as far as possible, avoiding main roads and heavy traffic.

There will be a stop for coffee (the Island is searched for the best coffee bars!) we have several raconteurs amongst the regular riders so no-one will be left out of the conversations. There may be photo opportunities of both the group and of beauty spots on the trip.

Please wear a helmet and bring an inner tube and tool kit in case of punctures; I will be carrying a basic medical kit. Please observe the current Covid advice and bring a mask; please observe the recommended social distancing
