A 22 Mile Guided ride starting from Rothersthorpe, Heading west past Eastcote and Pattishall across the A5 to Caswell and Maidford and looping up to Upper Stowe for a coffee and a slice of cake at the Old Dairy Farm Craft Centre before heading back past Nether Heyford, Bugbrooke, Kislingbury and back to Rothersthorpe

A 22 Mile Guided ride starting from Rothersthorpe, Heading west across the A5 and looping up to Upper Stow for a coffee and a slice of cake at the Old Dairy Farm Craft Centre

This will be a 100% On Road Ride and will encompass single lanes and country roads. We will cross the A5 twice during this ride

We will be stopping in Upper Stow for a coffee and a slice of cake at the Old Dairy Farm Craft Centre

Road Bikes or Hybrid with a road set up, Helmets, drink bottles and correct clothing for the weather
