This will be the 10th ride starting from Rugby. It may be getting colder, but there is no excuse for not cycling at the weekend. Maybe it's time to try out those new fleece lined tights! Route will be: Rugby ---> Kilsby ---> Barby ---> Welton ---> Daventry ---> Watford ---> West Haddon ---> Yelvertoft ---> Clifton on Dunsmore ---> Rugby Route will be all on road. I will be aiming for anywhere between an average of 10-13mph over the whole route. The main purpose for me is for fitness. I ride a Hybrid, not a road bike. We can go a bit slower if need be. Its not a race, but you should be able to maintain 13mph on the flats. Please ensure you bring spare inner tubes / pump. Route will be as the following link: http://www.mapmyride.com/gb/rugby-eng/daventry-32-route-271323535 If you are on a mountain bike, this ride is probably not for you. If you have not cycled more than 15 miles before, this ride is probably not for you. If you have big knobbly tyres, this ride is probably not for you. Note this is a challenging ride, you must have a good level of fitness. Challenging means challenging. If anyone wants to contact me, or ask any questions, please do so at:[email protected] Hope to see you there Paul
