Starting from - Gibbet Marsh Car Park, Rye. Please remember your cycle helmet, spare inner tube, pump, water to drink on the ride and money for refreshments. Please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled start time so that we can do our safety checks and go through the route. It is important that you check that your bike is fully roadworthy, good brakes, gears that work and tyres that are pumped to the correct pressure – thanks, TN31 7NB

Leaving Gibbet Marsh car park, we cycle through Rye and out onto the Military Road to Appledore (where we can stop for a quick coffee) then out along the lanes past the Little Church and down through Lydd ( possible coffee stop here). From there we use the cycle path along to Camber and back into Rye. This is a very flat route, no nasty hills to contend with.
