Starting from - Gibbet Marsh car park in Rye. Please ensure your bike is roadworthy with tyres pumped to correct pressure, a spare inner tube and a cycle helmet. Please also bring water and snacks to eat and drink during the ride. We will finish with coffee, cake and a chat in Rye as there are very few places to stop en route. TN31 7DU

We start in Rye, but are soon on lovely, quiet country lanes for at least 20 miles of this route. There are some hills but we can take our time to conquer them and no-one will get left behind. It is advisable to have lights and bright clothing as some of the lanes can be quite dark due to the overhanging foliage. Although not many cars seem to use most of the lanes it's better to be visible.
