We will go down the Erewash canal towpath to join the River Trent towpath to the Heritage cafe at Beeston. After our refuel at the cafe we head off toward the Nottingham tram line on some of the few roads we use, we then follow the path parallel to the tram track to join a bridleway that takes us to Stapleford. going on a couple of back roads to Bramcote Park and on a roadside cycle path to the old Nottingham canal path and then back to the Erewash canal and back to Sandiacre.
