Sandringham 100

A challenging picturesque ride at a comfortable pace of 13-15 mph. To Celebrate the 'Great British Summer Time'. Picnic on the Lawn at Sandringham.

Starting early at the Chatteris Library carpark we will head out onto quiet fen roads leading to the county of Norfolk. Here we will head to Downham, Kings Lynn and onto quaint roads of Castle Rising before embarking on the assent to Sandringham Estate. We will head back out of Norfolk the way we came and take more direct Fen roads back to Chatteris. Town and City riding confidence is essential along with the experience of long distance riding remember over 7 hours in the saddle takes some courage. If this is your first 100 miles please let me know so we can make sure you are comfortable with the distance and pace, or I can help you work towards the ride while there is time. This is a reasonably flat route and has all the elements of a great enjoyable ride for all.

Please ensure you bring plenty of drink, snacks, tools and cash for the first/last 30 miles of the journey as built in stops are on the ride. A support car will join us along points along the way.
