From the car park, we will ride through the woodland, passing Forge Mill and onto the RSPB visitors centre - returning with a circuit of the Swan Pool family, we will end at the Visitors centre and its cafe.

A gentle ride to explore the natural beauty of Sandwell Valley with its Autumn colours!

Woodland traffic free trails and paths

We will stop for drinks at the Visitors Centre cafe.

Helmets are advisable and a drink is recommended. Bikes are available to use - please request these before the day of the ride.
