Taking in Riseley, keysoe, and the staughtons.

23 miles round the staughtons. One of my favourite routes. Pace 13 plus. Only stopping at the top of hills so that people do not get cold.

Mixed roads and villages. Most quiet. Some hills.

Stopping at the end for coffee at the harbour view cafe.

Please bring helmets and spare inner tube and some cash for refreshments. Please ensure that your bikes are road ready and tyres pumped to the correct pressure.
