Sassy Lassies Cycling - Fast & Flowing 25 miles

This ride is for those who like a longer,more challenging ride at a faster pace which includes some hills. We will mainly be on minor roads and country lanes. Please bring your bike, spare inner tubes, pump, money for refreshments, water to drink on the ride and wear your cycle helmet whilst riding. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time so that we can check our bikes and go through the route.
