Saturday Morning Confidence Building Ride

This is an easy- going ride for any woman who is a bit more advanced than a beginner and who wants to gain confidence riding her bike on the roads and discover local cycle-friendly routes.

Our experienced volunteer ride leader will take you on an easy bike ride of up to two hours at a leisurely pace, using quiet back roads, off-road cycle paths, parks, riverside and canalside paths, showing you some of the scenic routes in the local area. We will visit a friendly local café for refreshments.

This ride is ideal for: -
• any woman who cycles occasionally and would like to build her confidence and learn local cycling-friendly routes
• any woman who feels like a short, leisurely-paced bike ride on a Saturday morning
• women with accompanied children, on their own bikes, on child carrier seats, or in trailers

Please do not attend if you have any Covid 19 symptoms, have tested positive, or are currently required to self-isolate. Please bring a face covering (unless you are exempt) for use in enclosed public spaces.

We will have a cafe stop during the ride.

Money/card for cafe, a lock for your bike, a face covering for use in enclosed indoor spaces.
