Saturday Spin 12+ mph 30ish miles

**Note earlier time 7.15am, No Cafe Stop**

Hello ladies, a 7.15am meet at The Red Cow, Westfield Road. 30 ish miles, aiming for 12 mph average. This route will be a mix of mostly quieter lanes and some busy roads. We will head out towards Kimpton, Whitwell and Preston before stopping at The Barn in Offley for a very quick coffee. We will head back quickly to avoid riding in the rising temperatures. Stop will be approximately 17 miles into the ride. There will be hills, no worries we always regroup at the top. :) Please do bring plenty to drink, some snacks and sun cream.

Please do check your emails and text messages before leaving, I may have to cancel the ride if it is not safe for us to ride. Fingers crossed :)

The important bits:

Do ensure your bike is in good working order and you have an emergency backup/taxi number to call on in case of issues.

Ride Related:
- check your bike the night before (Tyre pressure will go down when your bike has not been used or from use!)
- carry 2 spare inner tubes, tyre levers and correct pump
- Money for coffee/emergencies. Helmet (compulsory on ride-sorry!)
- Water and a snack, just in case
- Appropriate bright and warm clothing (Rain/Sun – hopefully the latter)
- Lights (not essential but a plus in winter)
