Whether it is called: Yoga Ride, Pedal to ride, Cycle Yoga we want to offer you two very different activities that complement each other to improve fitness and flexibility. Savvy-cycling has decided to combine calorie-burning exercise with mindfulness practice in this short bike ride. Perfect opportunity to combine two different activities, ideal for those who are unfamiliar with cycling as well as yoga.
This route makes great use of signed cycle routes which runs from Enfield (EN1 4NP) to East Finchley, Eagans Close, London N2. Yoga practice will take place in a dance studio at the Archer Academy.
This route is a great way to explore London on roads, you probably won't have used on a bike before, offering an unique opportunity of cycling alongside the A10 and A406. The route has some twists, turns and few slopes (nothing too challenging), it will help you build your confidence, also great way to reduce sedimentary lifestyles.This friendly social ride aims to target senior riders who want to cycle but they are very apprehensive to ride their bikes on busy roads. This social ride is also ideal for those just getting back into and/or returning to cycling.
You can always take the scenic route and explore, explore, explore! Very soon you will get to know the city better than you thought was possible. Without a doubt this short bike ride will motivate all riders to make London greener, healthier and more pleasant place to live....Keep an eye out for Coldfall Wood as we will finishing our ride in one of the ancient wood in Muswell Hill - you never know what you might see!

PS: don't forget a drink and energy bar/cash (we have a coffee stop along the way), also lights if there is any chance of poor visibility, spare inner tube and bike lock.
