Starting from - Hello Ladies
The new series of Saturday afternoon rides start this week 2nd September.
We will be meeting as usual at the Nags Head, Scalby at 1pm.
These rides will be for regular cyclists and those who have been with us this summer.
We will start a new series for beginners next Easter.
There will be 2 rides with distances varying between 15-25 miles with a tea room stop along the route.
We would like to remind riders to bring a spare inner tube and a basic tool kit.
Please make sure your tyres are pumped up before meeting up.
It's also recommended that you bring water, a small snack and cash for refreshments.
