The outward route passes through Kirton in Lindsey, Willoughton, Atterby, Owmby by Spital, Scampton and Saxilby before arriving at Skellingthorpe. The return journey follows a route including Swinethorpe, Wigsley, Newton on Trent, Willingham by Stow and Gainsborough before ending back at the green in Scotter.

A circular road bike ride of 77 miles starting from the Green at Scotter. A mainly flat route (with approximately 1,700 ft of elevation in total) stopping for refreshments after approximately 36 miles.

Mainly minor roads, with occasional need to cross or ride short distances on busier traffic routes.

A refreshment stop after approximately 36 miles at The Daisy Made Farm, Skellingthorpe and opportunity for a second stop along the route home.

Please check anticipated weather conditions and wear appropriate clothing, including helmet. Make sure your bike is in good working order and carry appropriate equipment to fix minor mechanical problems and punctures. Remember to carry cash/card for the cafe stop.
