About the route
Starting at The Pods we take a ride along Ashby Road, Oswald Road & Frodingham Road before turn left down Ferry Road & out of Scunthorpe. Along Ferry Road West we cross the orbital road & pick up the Trent bank. We then have a nice climb to open up the lungs & then through Flixborough, Burton & out along Tee Lane. Going though Walcot for a well deserved coffee & CAKE stop at The Paddocks in Alkborough. We then head out along Whitton Road with a nice downhill section & turning back thorough West Halton, Coleby & Thealby. Heading past Normanby Park & back into Scunthorpe.
