Starting from - The start is outside the coffee shop at The Oval, Ambrose Lane, Harpenden. Please arrive at 9.20 so we can meet each other and do a bike check before heading off. AL5 4BX

Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

Join us for a social Sunday morning spin. This is a steady ride, approximately 18 miles along quieter country roads. We will ride at the pace that is best suited to everyone in the group, usually between 8-10 mph. There will be a few hills where we will of course wait at the top for the group to catch up. As leaders we will ensure that no one is left behind so that all the group can have an enjoyable ride. We will stop part way round for coffee, cake and chat.

Ride Related: - please check your bike the night before (Tyre pressure will go down when your bike has not been used or from use!) - carry 2 spare inner tubes, tyre levers and correct pump - Money for coffee/emergencies. - Helmet (compulsory on ride-sorry!) - Water and a snack, just in case - Appropriate bright and warm clothing (Rain/Sun – hopefully the latter) - Lights (not essential but a plus in winter)

First Timers and electric assisted bikes are welcome on this ride
