Meeting by Roath Park Lighthouse, we will be setting of at 7:30am Prompt.. Plenty Parking, Please Do not park on Double Yellow Lines. ;) It is a Tough ride, so please Top up ya water bottles, and bring a snack to eat on way. Keep Body Fuel Topped up. We will be calling in Newport Velodrome about 8:30am. So If you prefer to meet there, Please Infrom us, on the Cardiff Social Cycling FaceBook Page.. If not we will see you at Roath Park.

A Tough Ride And a Long Day, From Roath Park to Seven Beach England, Via Old Seven Bridge.

We Will be Stopping at Shirley's Cafe Seven Beach, Cash Only, No cards they Serve a Fine Breakfast, cakes, tea coffee. etc

Please Make Sure Lights are tip top... And the usual safety Equipment, Some roads will be Busy. Best to be safe
