Starting from - Sheffield Bottom car park is located near Theale the Postcode RG7 4AP is the nearest point for Sat Navs however this is for the cottages next to the canal the carpark its self is just past the cottages and is clearly visible from the road.
Please note the carpark has a low barrier so anyone who uses roof mounted cycle carriers will need to use the raised parking spaces just outside the main carpark (please let me know and I can provide further guidance)
Basic description- If approaching from Reading/ M4 you will pass over the train line bridge continue to follow the road around, you will reach a set of traffic lights that are for the canal bridge after passing over the canal bridge the carpark is just on the left.

Please note the cycle network surface is not suitable for road bikes therefore this ride is Mountain bike and Sturdy Hybrid only.
We will meet at the Sheffield Bottom car park and then steadily ride along the cycle path taking in the beautiful scenery, the ride passes along side various points of interest and nature reserves so time can be taken to explore these. We will reach Green park at the midway point where we will ride through the stunning landscaping to Wolf a Street food restaurant where we can sit outside and enjoy a coffee and cake before returning along the canal.
