Starting from - We start at the Full Moon carpark at the entrance to the Sirhowy valley park, there are toilets just up from the carpark. Postcode for the carpark is NP11 7QE.
Please be there in time for us to start riding at 10.15. NP11 7QE

The route goes through the beautiful Sirhowy Valley Park, over the Maesycwmmer Viaduct, past the lakes in Parc Penallta, then onto Parc Taff Bargoed following off road cycle paths. There is a slight uphill gradient on the way there, it's a lovely easy ride back down!
We will stop at the Parc Taff Bargoed visitor centre where there is a cafe and toilets.

The route is off-road with a good surface suitable for all bikes.

We will have a cafe stop at the Taff Bargoed Visitor Centre.

Please bring a helmet, a drink, money for the cafe, inner tube for your bike and tyre levers.
