Slow explore of Epping forest
MTB's that are in good working order, "No helmet no ride" over 18+ years only, no children sorry, we will start from Bury Road Car Park E4 7QJ next to golf club, at 10am and cycle for an hour or so then stop for a tea break and then carry on back to car park, there is 1or 2 hills but you can push up if necessary, this is a fun ride, please bring water and money for tea/coffee or cake at stop point. toilets available. E4 7QJ
