Starting from - Kingsbury Episcopi has a new community shop and cafe at the side of the recreation field. It is on the right as you travel out of Kingsbury heading towards Thorney and Muchelney. There is ample parking for cars and good coffee and cakes. TA12 6BA

A meander round the lanes on the edge of the Somerset Levels. 4 short easy hills can be walked if necessary. All lanes are low in traffic. Pace will be at that of the slowest rider. Coffee and cakes at end. Sian and Catherine will be there from 9.30am
