Meet at Canada Water in the small square beside the Library. Usual easy-paced 2 hour ride on mostly quiet streets and paths. Follow the river then cross Tower Bridge and use north bank (Cycle Superhighway) route. Return along South Bank, mostly National Route NR4. Many points of interest, especially on south bank (e.g. London Eye, Festival Hall, Borough Market). 10.5 miles and flat.
