This is a Spokes MEDIUM Pace ride, average speed up to 9 to 11 mph organised by Spokes SW Herts Cycling Group led by KATHERINE
Explore new territory in Bedfordshire. Cycle through Bedford along the river Ouse, then join the University Way (former railway line) to Sandy. Return on quiet lanes through scenic villages. Lunch stop tbc. Not skinny tyres. Note that this ride will only go ahead with a minimum of 4 participants
Please arrive by 10:20, to be ready to leave at 10:30
