Starting in Port Penrhy we'll cycle up the traffic free Lon Las Ogwen to Tregarth and the amazing Tynal Tywyll - don't forget to bring your bells to ring as we cycle through.
We'll head back down the cycle path and stop at Moelyci cafe for a cake & panad, before returning to the start at Port Penrhyn
We'll take a nice easy pace. The route is primarily traffic free (there is a very small section through Tregarth which is on the road - but you can walk it if you prefer)
A lovely ride for all (families, women, men, children) - and a nice introduction to riding with us if you've not been before.
Free Spokey Dokeys (sent out by British Cycling after the event) to all kids 16 and under
(more info here:

Please book ahead of time on the ride.
** Children
Children are very welcome. Under 16s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian - and you are fully responsible for these children for the duration of the ride .
Children 5-15 must be registered & booked on the ride. You can also bring along children under 5 years (on the day of the chosen ride) so long as they are secured in a BS standard child seat or trailer - and if you could let me know that would be great.
WHAT TO BRING:
- A bike that's in good working order, with your tyres pumped up
- A helmet is compulsory for this ride
- Cloths suitable for the weather - a waterproof and extra layer for the return trip are a good idea
- Money for the cafe
- A mask, hand sanitiser or sanitising wipes
- A spare inner tube suitable for your tyres
If you've got any questions or wonder whether this is the ride for you - please do get in touch.
