Junction of Ferry Lane and Millmead Road, along Ferry Lane form Tottenham Hale station. Street parking is available int eh area but please check all parking restrictions before you leave your car.

Starting at the junction of Ferry Lane and Millmead Road, we will travel along the River Lee southbound, around Hackney Marshes and return to the start via the Cafe in Markfield Park. The Lee Valley Regional Park is a hidden gem, peaceful cycling with surprising wildlife areas, with canal side cycling along a car-free route. If you haven't cycled for a while or just want to get back into the saddle after the cold of the winter months, this will be an ideal leg stretcher at a gentle pace.
