The ride route follows the St Albans Green ring around the outskirts of St Albans, using quiet roads, cycle paths and the Alban Way to loop around to return to the Cycle Hub.
The ride route crosses the Abbey Flyer line, goes through Verulam Park to St Michaels and then around Batchwood to return up through Bernards Heath and Fleetville.
