About the route
All day circular ride to St Albans. Under the auspices of the Uxbridge Loiterers http://uxbridgeloiterersctc.org.uk/index.html Coffee stop at Morrisons Croxley at around 11:30 where you can join the ride if you can't make Uxbridge for 10. A fair bit of off road riding on well maintained paths. Suitable for any bike although it might be a struggle on a narrow wheeled racer. Lunch at the Waterend Barn (Wetherspoons) at St Albans. Return journey uses long stretches of the GUC tow path to Cassiobury park then the Ebury trail to Rickmansworth for afternoon tea stop return to Uxbridge around 6PM
