Join me, Ride Leader Lin for a cycle out to Summercourt. Starting from C4 studios, remember to park on local roads if you are driving. We will cycle up the dual carriage way and on to the new road then on to Roche, Goss Moor and then to Indian Queens.
Returning back to St Austell via Little Treviscoe and 5 turnings. We can stop for a cuppa at Chapter House if you want to before heading back to St Austell. There will be many hills to challenge our legs!
*IMPORTANT* Please wear a helmet, bring a replacement inner tube to fit your tyres, a puncture kit and contactless payment for refreshments. If you have any health issues, let me know.
