Starting from Bourn- we ride via Croxton, The Offords, Godmanchester, bridal path (tarmac) to Hemingford Gray. Coffee at Gnawty Bites. Ride over the medieval bridge to St Ives and ride via the guided busway to Swavesey. On to Boxworth and a gravelly/tarmac path to join the former old A428 back to Bourn.

Mainly quiet country roads. One or two busy roads to cross with care. Some miles on traffic free cycle paths.

Stopping about 20 miles at Gnawty bites for coffee and at the end if one wishes at The Stove.

Helmet, means/tools to mend a puncture, pump. Snacks, drink. Bike in good working order, tyres pumped to correct oressure
