A 20-mile route from Upton Snods out to the Lenches where we will do a few climbs but at a nice steady pace, stopping to enjoy the views and regroup as necessary. As well as a few ups there will be plenty of lovely downhills to enjoy. Refreshments back at the Twisted Spoon at the end of the ride.

Things to bring - helmet, spare inner tube, tyre levers, pump, snack, drink and money for refreshments at the end of the ride.
