Steaming through Ropley

This is a longer ride, with an opportunity to visit The Watercress line for a peek at The Flying Scotsman. We hope to go into the yard at Ropley Station for a chat with volunteers, and a few photos (obviously!).
This is a social ride with plenty of undulations, cycled at a pace to suit all. We include time to catch your breath, have a drink and even take a photo.
Our stop at the station is mid ride, there is a cafe with outside seating where we can buy refreshments.

Please check that your bike is roadworthy and you have a well fitted cycle helmet.
You will need kit to fix a puncture, inner tube, tyre levers & pump. We all work together if needed.
Wear suitable clothing for the weather conditions, and bring a drink & snack if you need one.
You may want an extra layer to pop on at the station, depending on the temperature on the day.
