Stubbington to Alverstoke - Open gardens weekend

Starting from - We will commence the ride from the Wooden Memorial in the center of Stubbington village.
There is free parking at the Community center off of Stubbington lane. If parking here please remember to walk to the village center passed the tennis courts and library.
On road free parking - Eric road and Burnt house lane.

We will return via Cherque farm and Daedalus airport.
An easy to follow route along the coast to the village of Alverstoke.
We will cycle on dedicate paths and lanes. Quiet roads and cross B roads.
This ride to visit the open gardens at Alverstoke. This is a weekend event, so the gardens are open on the 27th and 28th June from 1-5 pm. The cost is £10 for the whole weekend ... Tickets can be purchased in advance or on the day at St Mary's parish hall from 12.00. The latter is what I'm intending to do. The gardens vary in size - some offer tea and cakes for sale others plants/jam or chutneys.
Please ensure that your bike is in good working order - tyres fully inflated and brakes working. Helmets to be worn please. Spare inner tube to fit your bike. Bike lock. Cash and card for refreshments and if you wish purchase any plants.
