Stubbington - Wickham

Our ride will start from Stubbington green travelling out on a cycle lane then cycle paths to Longfield then the Gillies. We cross West street to use quiet roads behind Fareham leisure center. Onto Funtley where we drop down a hill under the M27 following the road, crossing a railway line and onto a right hand turn, quiet country lane to Knowle and on into Wickham
Our return will be back along the road to Knowle this time winding our way through the houses and out onto a cycle path leading to the A 32 and Wallington. We cross the lights to Camis Mill before going the viaduct through a park back to the Gillies, Longfield and Stubbington.

This route starts at Stubbington Green, the Gillies, Fareham,, Funtley, Knowle to Wickham. Return via Knowle, Wallington, Cam's Mill, the Gillies, Longfield to Stubbington

We will be cycling on B roads with and without cycle lanes, Cycle paths, Quiet country lanes. There are undulations and a gradual hill into Knowle.

We will stop in Wickham for a coffee / cake break

Please ensure that your bike is in good working order, tyres are fully inflated and brakes working. please bring a lock for your bike whilst we stop for coffee. Cash or card for your coffee stop
