Summer Evening Lavender ride

A special ride to the Lavender Farm at near Hitchin to finish a series of early evening Thursday rides.

We will take a countryside route to via Weston and Letchworth to visit the Lavender Farm on their Thursday evening late opening.

To visit the farm, you need to book a ticket separately on the link below.

We will have an extended stop of around 1.5 hours to visit the field and get refreshments before leaving the farm at about 9pm, returning on a direct route to Hitchin station to catch a train back to Stevenage.

Details will be confirmed nearer the time, there may be an option to cycle back to Stevenage.

This ride will use country lanes and roads.

Bring a picnic or money to purchase food at the Lavender Farm. Lights will be essential for the return ride along with money to buy a return train ticket. Bring an extra layer of warm clothing for the return ride home.
