Cycle Heaven 31 Hospital Fields Road, York YO10 4FS http://www.cycle-heaven.co.uk/contact/
A flat 20 mile route starting from Cycle Heaven. From Cycle Heaven we head across the millenium bridge and up Bishopthorpe Road to Bishopthorpe. From Bishopthorpe we wind our way to Acaster Malbis, Acaster Selby and on to Appleton Roebuck. From Appleton Roebuck we head towards Colton before crossing the A64 to Bilborough and Askham Bryan. We head back into York via Moor Lane to Tesco's on Tadcaster Rdand then across the Racecourse to the river and back over the Millenium Bridge.
Please bring bike lights, puncture repair kit, pump, a drink and snacks etc.
