A "steady" paced ride though the western parishes (may include one/two inclines!). All makes and models of bikes are welcome. First time riders are also welcome too - we never leave anyone behind.

Predominately riding on country lanes, with short stretches of main road.

We will be stopping for the social coffee stop! Don't forget money/card.

Helmets are compulsory on our rides. Please ensure your bike is in good working order. At this time of year the weather is so changeable, please ensure you remain warm and dry.
