This Sunday's ride will be our 50th Guided Ride starting at Cockermouth High School were there is limited parking.

The route for this B2B ride will be posted on the conversation tab below taking weather conditions and riders attending into consideration. Mainly we will be travelling along quite country roads and cycle ways out from Cockermouth so be prepared for some managed up hill climbs.
On the up side we always include our socially distanced out door drinks & snack break.

This series of rides are guided by a British cycling trained coach so any conserns or questions you may have about participating please message the ride leader on conversation tab below.

All our current B2B members are very welcome to join this ride, this also includes E-Bike riders with a fully charged battery, as well as any newcomers wishing to join like minded leisure cyclists.
Each rider is now required to provide all their own equipment to comply with the governments self-sufficient rule. See our conversations tab below for your essentials.
You will also need to bring with you a road worthy bike, your helmet, clothes you are comfortable cycling in, easy to remove layers work best, a waterproof jacket, (as the weather can change quickly along our routes), a cold drink or small flask for along the way & a snack for our "alfresco stop" if needed.
A spare inner tube that fits your bike is required as is a hand pump with the correct fitting for your inner tube valve, (just in case).

Participants must not attend if they have Covid-19 symptoms, have someone in their household who does or if they have been asked to remain at home by the UK Government track and trace system.
Any concerns or questions you may have about this ride please message the ride leader on the conversation tab below.
