Sunday Morning Cycle!

Our ride starts in Bucknell and goes through Leintwardine and on to Hopton Castle where we will stop to have a drink and snack if weather permits, our return route takes us through Bedstone. There is no cafe on this route so please bring a snack if you want one.
All women are welcome on our rides and no one will be left behind, we cycle at a pace that is comfortable for all and enables us to chat along the way!

Dress to be comfortable on your bike and to suit current weather conditions, no special clothing is required but something bright makes us more visible to traffic and other road users. Helmets are advisable.
Please bring water or any other refreshment you might need on the ride plus a well-maintained bike, spare inner tube and pump.
We will ride in accordance with government rules and regulations, please ensure prior to the ride that you or any household member do not have symptoms of Covid 19 and bring your own hand sanitiser, gloves and face mask, this is required if first aid has to be administered.
We still need to remember our distancing and keeping each other safe and to follow government and British Cycle rules and guidelines to keep us as safe as possible.
