In conjuntion with Milton Abbas Cycling Club, this is a perfect start to a Sunday with a social bike ride on easy roads and trails around Milton Abbas.  These Sunday Morning Leg Stretchers are perfect for beginners, those just getting back on their bikes, social riders and anyone who wants to gain confidence in a supportive environment. Riding easy, we will take up to an hour crisscrossing the flat and gentle roadways and trails as takes our whim on the day.  No-one will get left behind as we will ride at the pace of the slowest.  On other days we may stretch our legs a bit further and take to the fantastic quite roads around the village finishing off at the Pavilion for coffee and cake. For adults you can wear a helmet or not but it is advisable; for juniors helmets are compulsory. Bring a drink for yourself is you wish - there are no cafe stops on these roads!
